- બી.એસ.સી.-નર્સિંગ (ઇન્ડિયન નર્સીગ કાઉન્સીલ માન્ય સંસ્થામાંથી પાસ કરેલ) તથા ગુજરાત નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સીલમાં રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ હોવું જોઈએ. બેઝીક કોમ્પ્યુટરનો કોર્સ કરેલ હોવો જ જોઈએ.
- જી.એન.એમ. (ઈન્ડિયન નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સીલ માન્ય સંસ્થામાંથી પાસ કરેલ) તથા ગુજરાત નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સીલમાં રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ હોવું જોઈએ અને બેઝીક કોમ્પ્યુટરનો કોર્સ કરેલ હોવો જોઈએ. વય મર્યાદા-૪૫ વર્ષ
