Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil, Architecture, or Planning from a recognized university (as per UGC Act 1956).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications as per Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment Rules, 1967.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Citizenship:
- Candidate must be an Indian citizen or must fulfill conditions as per Gujarat Civil Services (General) Rules, 1967.

💰 Salary – GSSSB Planning Assistant Pay Scale
- Fixed Pay for First 5 Years: ₹49,600/- per month
- After successful completion: ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400/- (Level-8) as per 7th Pay Commission
Note: All benefits and regular pay will be provided as per state resolutions and orders. Appointment will be subject to SLP orders by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

The exam will be conducted in MCQ format via CBRT/OMR mode. It will be divided into two parts – Part-A and Part-B.
