- ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક બોર્ડ(વિજ્ઞાન વિષયો)માં મેળવેલા ટકાવારીના ૪૦%
- સ્નાતકમાં મેળવેલ ટકાવારીના ૪૦%
- ગુજરાતમાંથી ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક બોર્ડમાં પાસ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોને ૧૦%
- ગુજરાતમાંથી સ્નાતકની લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોને ૧૦%
- એચ.એસ.સી.માં એક થી વધુ દરેક પ્રયત્ન દીઠ ૩% કપાત.
