📋 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following qualification and experience requirements to apply:
- Sports Achievement: Candidate must have participated in at least 02 Senior/Junior National Level tournaments (SGFI / Khelo India / Inter-University / Recognized Association).
- Experience: Minimum 02 Years of Coaching Experience is mandatory.
- Other: Any other achievements or certificates in the relevant field.
📝 Job Conditions & Terms
- Remuneration: Payment will be given on a Coaching Fee Sharing Basis.
- Nature of Job: The coach will serve as an Honorary Service provider, not as an employee of RMC or RSPF.
- Contract: The appointment is temporary (11 months implied/notice period mentioned). The contract can be terminated with one month’s notice.
- Equipment: The organization will provide infrastructure. However, sports consumables (e.g., Shuttlecocks, Balls, etc.) must be arranged by the coach at their own expense.
