- પગારધોરણ: ત્રણ વર્ષ માટે ફિક્સ પગાર રૂ.૬૪,૭૦૦/- અને ત્રણ વર્ષની સંતોષકારક સેવા બાદ જગ્યાની જરૂરિયાતને ધ્યાને લઈને સાતમાં પગારપંચ મુજબ રૂ.૫૩,૧૦૦-૧,૬૭,૮૦૦ (પે-મેટ્રિક્સ લેવલ-૦૯), (છઠ્ઠા પગારપંચ મુજબ રૂ.૯૩૦૦-૩૪૮૦૦, ગ્રેડ પે-૫૪૦૦) આપવા અંગે વિચારણા કરવામાં આવશે.
