TET NOTIFICATION

Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is the minimum qualification required in India for a person to be eligible for an appointment as a teacher in the school in any of the schools. As per the Right to Education (RTE) Act, a candidate should pass the TET exam which is conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The TET 2022 is conducted at the central level and state level.

At the national level, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and at the state level, various states hold the TETs every year such as UPTET, REET, TS TET, TNTET, MAHA TET, OTET, HP TET, KTET, and others.
