- 1. શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અને અનુભવઃ ડીપ્લોમાં ઇન ટેલીકેમ્યુનીકેશન અથવા ડી.ઇ.આર.ઇ.સરકાર માન્ય સંસ્થામાં પાસ અથવા તેની સમક્ક્ષ પરીક્ષા પાસ. વાયરલેસ ઇક્વીપમેન્ટનાં મેન્ટેનન્સનો અનુભવ ધરાવનારને અગ્રતા અપાશે. અરજદાર ચપળ અને તંદુરસ્ત હોવો જોઇએ.
2. પગાર ધોરણઃ 1. ત્રણ વર્ષ માટે રૂ.૪૯,૬૦૦/- માસિક ફિકસ વેતન. (વડોદરા મહાનગરપાલિકા, સા.વ.વિ.ઠરાવ અંક:૨૫૪/૨૩-૨૪/તા.૨૩/૧૦/૨૦૨૩ મુજબ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.)
2. સરકારશ્રીના નાણાં વિભાગના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક:ખરચ/૨૦૦૨/૫૭/(પાર્ટ-૪)ઝ.૧ તા. ૧૮-૧૦- ૨૦૨૩ અન્વયે માસિક ફિકસ વેતનથી ભરવાપાત્ર હોઇ, અત્રેના સા.વ.વિ.પરિપત્ર અંક-૪૪/૧૯- ૨૦ તા:૦૬-૦૨-૨૦ મુજબ ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધી માસિક ફિક્સ વેતનથી અજમાયશી નિમણુંકને પાત્ર થશે. ત્યારબાદ કામગીરી સંતોષકારક રીતે પૂર્ણ કર્યેથી નિયત પગાર ધોરણ સાતમા પગારપંચ મુજબ લેવલ-૭ (પે મેટ્રીકસ રૂ. ૩૯,૯૦૦-રૂ.૧,૨૬,૬૦૦)થી નિયમાનુસાર સમાવવા અંગે વિચારણા કરવામાં આવશે.
