🏆 Age Limit & Relaxation: AAI GATE Junior Executive
- General: Maximum 27 years (as on 27.09.2025)
- OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- PwBD: 10 years relaxation (where posts identified suitable)
- Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers: Up to 5 years
- AAI Regular Employees: Up to 10 years (after probation)
💰 AAI Junior Executive Salary & Perks
- Pay Scale (IDA): ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 (E-1 Level, Group B)
- Cost to Company: Approx. ₹13 lakhs per annum
- Other Benefits: DA, Perks @ 35% of basic, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security, Medical, etc.
📝 Selection Procedure: AAI GATE JE Recruitment 2025
- Shortlisting: Based on valid GATE score (2023/24/25). Equal weightage to all years.
- Application Verification: Shortlisted candidates called for document verification only.
- Final Merit: Based on GATE score only. In case of ties, older age, then qualifying marks, will be considered.
- Note:
- No additional tests/interviews.
- Selection is provisional, subject to document and medical verification.
- For JE (Electronics): 6 months training post-selection. Surety bond of ₹7 lakhs to serve AAI during training plus 3 years.

- Fill all details as per Matriculation certificate—no corrections after submission.
- Upload relevant GATE scorecard, certificates, photo, and signature.
- Application Fee: ₹300 (online only). SC/ST/PwBD/AAI Apprentices/female candidates are exempt.
