🎓 Educational Qualification
Candidates must:
- Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering obtained from:
- Technical Examination Board, or
- Any University/Institution recognized by or under Central/State Act, or
- An equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
⚠️ Note: Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering are NOT eligible to apply.
Equivalent Qualifications also accepted:
- Diploma in Civil and Rural Engineering
- Diploma in Civil (Construction)
- Diploma in Construction Technology
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Public Health / Environmental / Pollution Control / Rural / Transportation / Environmental Engineering)
Additional Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules, 1967).
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and/or Hindi.

💰 Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed on a fixed pay of ₹49,600/- per month for the first five years, as per the Government of Gujarat’s finance resolutions.
After completion of five years, they may be considered for regular pay scale based on performance and government norms.
