General Terms and conditions for all advertised positions:
- Recruitment for the advertised positions are initially for fixed term period of 03 years on company roll . On completion of 03 years of period stated above, the employee will be considered for appointment on company¿s regular roll which shall be subject to performance of individual and organizational needs.
- For Executive Trainees, initially all selected and competent candidates will be offered on-contract appointment of 03 years.. First year will be for on-the-job training. Upon review of performance of first year, if found satisfactory, the incumbent will be absorbed in management cadre at suitable level for 02 years of fixed tenure.
- The fixed term employment shall be regularized based upon satisfactory performance and at the discretion of management
- The tenure served in fixed term employment will be considered as continuous service for all relevant benefits as applicable.
- Candidates having experience in Heavy Chemicals / Fertilizers / Petrochemicals industries will be given preference.
- Candidates should have full time qualification at required level in the respective discipline.
- Canvassing in any manner may disqualify the applicant.
- The company reserves its right to accept and/or reject the applicant without assigning any reason.
- Merely fulfilling the educational qualification does not necessarily entitle applicants to be called for personal interview. Relaxation in age may be given to deserving candidates.
