Eligibility Criteria: IPPB Bank Executive
Age Limit: 20 to 35 years (as of 01.08.2025)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Regular/Distance), from a Government recognized university/institution/board.
Experience: No prior banking experience required.
Other: No pending vigilance/disciplinary case, and not under any punishment at the time of application.
Application Fee
₹750, non-refundable (payable online).
Ensure eligibility before applying, as fees will not be refunded.
Pay Scale or Salary
₹30,000 per month (lump sum, inclusive of all statutory deductions).
Annual increment and performance incentives may be provided based on business achievement.
No other allowances, bonus, or pay outside the above mentioned.
Selection Process
Merit Based: Percentage marks in graduation – higher marks preferred.
Tie-Breaker: Service seniority in DoP, then date of birth if seniority tied.
Document Verification: Candidates must present educational, service, and vigilance clearance from Divisional/Sub-divisional Head.
Online Test: Bank reserves right to conduct an online exam.
