🎓 Educational Qualification & Eligibility

For Junior Clerk / Typist

• Bachelor’s Degree from a UGC-recognized university.
• Certificate of Basic Computer Application from a recognized institute (as per GAD Resolutions dated 13-08-2008 & 18-03-2016).
• Desirable: Good knowledge of Gujarati & English typing and computer operations.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

For Junior Stenographer

• Any Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
• Basic Computer Application certificate (as per GAD norms).
• Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and English.
• Stenography Speed: English 90 w.p.m or Gujarati 60 w.p.m.
• Preference to candidates knowing both English and Gujarati stenography and typing.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
