The hall ticket / call letter for the Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) November Examination 2023 has been released by The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, the Nodal Agency representing the Gujarat State.
The 16th Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) will take place on 26-11-2023 (SUNDAY) at 11 Centres located throughout Gujarat state. This examination aims to determine the eligibility of candidates from Gujarat state for the position of Assistant Professor in universities and colleges across Gujarat State. Age Limit:
There is no upper age limit applying in GSET for eligibility of Assistant Professor.

Rs. 900/- + Bank Charges – General / Gen – EWS / SEBC (Non-creamy layer) Candidates
Rs. 700/- + Bank Charges – SC / ST / Transgender Candidates.
Rs. 100/- + Bank Charges – PWD (PH/VH) Candidates.

Application Process:
It is imperative for the candidates to thoroughly read and understand the ‘ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA’ before proceeding with the online application and payment of the examination fee for the GSET Examination. Prior to applying online, candidates are strongly recommended to carefully review the comprehensive Information Bulletin provided on the GSET website, as well as the forthcoming Notification that will be published in local newspapers and Employment News.
It is important for the candidate to understand that there is no need to send the printout of the online Application Form, fee payment receipt, or any other certificate or document to the Gujarat State Eligibility test office in Vadodara until they have been declared as qualified in the GSET Examination.

Important Dates :
Online registration will commence on August 21, 2023, while fee collection will also begin on the same date. The last day for completing the online application process (Step 2) is September 16, 2023, and the deadline for fee collection is also September 16, 2023. The Gujarat SET examination is scheduled to take place on November 26, 2023.
